1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering Sin City Confessions ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, leave the shadows immediately.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using this App, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) SAFETY

Sin City is a space for honesty, not harm. There is an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content or abusive users.

You agree NOT to post content that is:

• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited.
• Harassing, threatening, or intended to bully others.
• Sexually explicit or containing nudity.
• Promoting illegal activities or violence.

4. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

The Developer (DF Heat Labs) reserves the right to:

• Review and remove any content reported by users within 24 hours.
• Permanently eject (block/ban) any user who violates these terms without warning.
• Filter content using automated systems to maintain community safety.

5. REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Users are encouraged to use the built-in "Report" and "Block" features to flag inappropriate content or silence abusive authors. You may also contact us directly at jason@dfheatlabs.com to report violations.

6. STANDARD EULA

This App uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement as its foundation, supplemented by the safety terms listed above.
